Remember Coach-Led workouts at West (meet at North Patio)on Tuesday & Thursday from 8:30-10am beginning June 4 and ending July 18 (Except July 4){Weather permitting -check Hotline daily 993-8070 then 1252)

Activity A: Football

2. Weights 6:00-7:00AM

Activity B: Boys Basketball

1. Conditioning/Open Gym 6:00-7:00AM

2. Weights 7:00-7:45AM

Activity C: Girls Basketball and Volleyball

1. Conditioning/Open Gym 6:00-7:00AM

2. Weights 7:45-8:30AM

Activity D: Freshman Boys Only

1. Conditioning/Open Gym 7:30-8:30AM

Activity E: Boys Baseball / Soccer

Dates: June 4 - July 19 Monday-Thursday

NON-CREDIT / NON-REFUNDABLE This individualized, goal-oriented course is designed to increase individual strength, speed, and endurance. A coach, supervises weight training and all safety precautions are taken. Activities include all forms of weight training lifts on both machines and free weights. This class is open to all grade levels of Shawnee Mission High School students only.
